Real estate team comprises of real estate agents, brokers, realtors, lawyers, investors, buyers and sellers. However there is a hierarchy which they have to follow. One comes at the top whereas some are at the bottom. I must tell those real estate teams follow a hierarchy which has reasons behind it. Some times some of the team members are absent from the team and hence their job is done by somebody else. I will list a series in which one who comes first is at higher level.

1. Investors.
2. Lawyers.
3. Realtors.
4. Sellers.
5. Buyers.
6. Agents.

However you should understand that the agents are not the least profitable. In fact they earn a lot however as far as their job is concerned they are likely placed. I will explain it for you.

Agents, buyers and sellers are the three members who can interchange their positions. It’s the one out of these three that come about to know the property at first. Sometimes agents get the details whereas sometimes the buyer gets the details.

The sellers are the first one who knows about the property. Then the turn is of the agents who are informed by the sellers about the property. The sellers also leave the property details on the internet and the realtors come to know about it from there. The agents and the realtors take help of the lawyers to prepare a contract and it is in his presence that the seller and buyer sign a contract.The investors are at the top because they can play a role of both buyer and seller. Hence they are at the top.  Investors are the real hero and they are really the highest profit gainer. I must tell that they on most of the occasion are free from loss and they are found of jus profit. Actually they have the power to buy a property, repair them and then sell it again and this is what is required to make profit in real estate.

There is one more personality which is contacted by all. He is none other than lender. The lender provides money to the buyer to buy a property. They provide the sellers the money for repairing purpose. Hence they are the one who provide different kinds of loans to the buyers and sellers. I must tell that the lenders are really the most important personality in a real estate deal after the investors.

I must say that the real estate team at present is really a perfect team and all of them play some kind of roles and hence are an important member of the team. You can not really leave anyone behind.
